Troubardour Coffee is inviting you and your closest humans to dive in to your cup and escape with us into the world of coffee, cocktails, natural beauty and adventure. This trip will bring joy, surprise, inspiration, perspective and a new found appreciation of life to all your loved ones.
Coffee in Paradise is a Dreamcatchers journey into the heart of Costa Rica's natural wonders— It is specifically designed for the modern nomadic adventurer & explorer during pandemic times. Our trip is a carefully curated magic carpet bubble ride, so that our guests can experience the joy of discovering Costa Rica without having to do any of the work, driving, decision-making or logistics. The only thing you have to do is get to Costa Rica and we'll pick you up at the airport and take it from there. Your only responsibility will be to let go, enjoy and take it all in.
This Dreamcatchers journey has been designed as a compact ultra-private micro bubble so that friends and family you travel with can you feel safe and enjoy this journey without the shadow of the pandemic.
Our trip will commence when we pick you up at the airport in our incredible comfortable touring van "The Dream Machine". You will have a private guide and driver to take care of all your needs and make sure you are ultra comfortable at all times.
From that point on you won't have to think, decide, or worry about anything. We'll be avoiding large crowds, hotels and popular tourist activities to instead explore solace in unique natural secret spots— we’ll find gorgeous beautiful deserted beaches and hot springs so that we can remember what it was like to travel easy and truly let go.

Coffee in Paradise Trip Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome arrival.
First let's get some coffee.
We will drive a short distance from the airport to our farm, Finca Noemy, where a hero's welcome will be awaiting you.
We will be spending the night at the farm's very own ecolodge so you'll get to immediately relax and experience the peace of being inside a typical Costa Rican farm in the mountains. The farm is filled with loaded fruit trees you can pick and you'll also be surprised by the large quantity of tropical birds. The views and perfect temperature will delight and ground you as you begin to get ready for all the beauty you will see in the days ahead.
Upon arrival we'll receive a private coffee tour that will commence with coffee cupping a selection of premium Costa Rican coffees from various regions as well as our very own Troubardour Coffee so you can experience the wide range of flavors.
You will then receive a private tour of the the coffee farm. We'll learn how coffee is grown, harvested and processed in a fun and interactive way and you will then get to briefly meet the actual workers of our farm so you can witness the passion they put into making this great coffee and get to know the real Costa Ricans.
When the tour is done those in the group that are ready for a little adventure will be invited to join us for a majestic private horseback ride in the beautiful mountains surrounding the farm so we can get elevation, perspective and experience. From there, we will go back to the farm for cocktails at our viewpoint so you can watch the sun fire down as the chef prepares a traditional Costa Rican country meal right on our outdoor firewood oven.
The tour will finish with a sampling of Troubardour cocktails at sunset in our viewpoint overlooking the farm. Yes, every single lime, orange, grapefruit, fruit and herb in your cocktail came from the farm. That's why they will taste so good!
At this point you will be able to claim that you have successfully jumped into the source of your coffee. A restful sleep will in the peace of the farm will await you at the end of the day.
Day 2, 3 and 4
Explore and Adventure!
The sun will rise and bring you your first typical Costa Rican breakfast buffet accompanied by freshly roasted and brewed Troubardour coffee.
Right after breakfast we will depart on an epic private three day Dreamcatchers adventure experience.
For the next days your group will be on a deluxe magic carpet ride destined for some of the most beautiful secret spots you would have never discovered on your own.
The pace will be just right and we’ll be packing the days with a balance of adventure and rest to provide your group with an unforgettable experience.
Costa Rica is full of incredible micro-climates and our goal will be to show you as much as we can in our time together. The journey is going to be above and beyond what you expect, and we'll be showing you more natural beauty that you can imagine. Day 2, 3 and 4 will be all about exploration, adventure, and discovery.

To make our daily adventures fun and relaxed we will be sleeping at a deluxe private villa so that each night greets the group with plush comfort in a gorgeous and full private natural setting.

Night Day 4-5
Playa and Cocktails
After 3 straight days of eco adventures we’ll head to the beaches of the Pacific Coast for the final climax of our amazing Dreamcatchers journey.
On our way to the beaches we will pitstop at the secret location of the Troubardour Cocktail bar where your very own private party will be awaiting you. Celebrate anything you want!
The beaches of Costa Rica offer pleasure and bliss like no other place and we will be exploring and visiting as many as we can each day. On each visit we’ll be setting you up with food, hammocks, and all the beach toys you will need for a comfortable and fun experience.
Day 6 and onwards
We made this trip compact so that our guests can customize it and continue their journey any way they want. On the final day our guests will have several options including
1. Extend your journey with The Dreamcatchers and keep exploring Costa Rica any way you want.
2. Stay at the beach or have us drop you off anywhere in Costa Rica so you may continue the journey on your own if you wish.
3. Airport drop off for your return.
4. Staying in Costa Rica for the rest of your life. Always an option.
Food and Drink on our trip.
Eating is going to be one of the most important missions we undertake in Coffee in Paradise. For the duration of the journey we will be feeding you a non-stop train of authentic Costa Rican food. This will range from fresh ceviches at the beach, to natural organic food in the mountains, every tropical fruit you've ever imagined and some you haven't, and many typical dishes prepared by talented local chefs. Let's not forget that during the drives we'll always have unlimited free cold coconuts. Always!
Food always tastes particularly more delicious when you eat it outside. In this epic adventure journey, we will amplify this by exploring some of the most beautiful regions of Costa Rica while chasing and eating all the delicious and unique local food offerings along our travel path. We'll be walking in coffee fields, exploring jungles filled with tropical foods, taste the seas, visit local markets, and taste every local dish that gets in our way.

Ignacio's lifelong passion has been exploring and discovering the secret treasures of Costa Rica's diverse natural beauty.
In this trip Ignacio is going to lead the group into a magical mix of incredible food, amazing adventure activities, and fun and sun. Every day will be designed to open all of your senses and help you experience the ultimate week in Costa Rica.
